Description: Global Business Operations (GBO) provides risk and regulatory management and support services to country, region, and global risk management teams and to engagement teams in member firms on global risk processes. Supported risk systems and processes include service independence and conflicts of interest (Sentinel and Independence Checkpoint), personal and firm independence (*** Independence Compliance System KICS), client and engagement acceptance and continuance (Global CEAC), compliance confirmation support (Global Compliance Confirmation System - GCCS), partner rotation requirements tracking for audit clients (PRS), global risk integration (GRIP), and family tree maintenance (Family Tree Service - FTS).
GBO also manages and serves as custodian of globally shared data about clients/targets, engagements and *** people stored in the Global Information Store (GIS). GBO provides a defined governance process, related controls, and master data management for this globally shared information about our people, our customers (***'s clients and targets), and our engagements (the work performed). GIS is leveraged by various global business systems (IBS), global risk systems (Sentinel, Global CEAC), global HR systems (MyPD), procurement reporting to clients, and *** management and leadership reporting.
GBO is organized into three departments:
- Risk & Regulatory Services - supports risk & regulatory processes including ***'s global risk applications (e.g., Sentinel, GCCS, Global CEAC, KICS, GIS People, *** Independence Checkpoint, GRIP, and Global PRS).
- Service Center - provides a global user support role for ***'s global risk applications and services such as the Family Tree Service.
- Management and Reporting - facilitates the mission of GBO providing: budget, administration, communications, documentation, facility, HR compliance and selected global risk training support
-Senior level team member working in the Global Business Operations (GBO) Business Process Help Desk (BPHD) Team.

Responsibilities include: Work independently, interact with all levels of management and as part of the team.
Coordination and change management procedures, which encompasses, gathering user/entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures and maintenance of those changes.
Work with the Business Team to analyze, execute and support business requirements. Clearly communicate complex technical application issues to Business Team and other stakeholders.
Continuously monitor system for data integrity and defects and work with the ITS teams to resolve issues.
Help to manage data integrity processes to ensure highest quality over standard current data.
Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the applications, and proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues regarding how those would affect the data in the system or even how the data would be presented with the modifications in place.
Perform special projects as requested by management.
Develop, improve and maintain processes

Required Experience: Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously
5-7 years of business experience
Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Familiarity with HTML is a plus
SQL knowledge preferred but not a requisite
Familiarity with data research tools such as Bloomberg
Able to assist Manager and serve as a POC for large team
